Role in the booking journey

World Desert presents the experiences, receives and qualifies enquiries. The travel contract, payment collection, terms of sale and delivery of the trip are handled by the organising agency named on the relevant departure sheet and contractual documents.

Organising agency

The organiser’s full identity, contact details, professional status, applicable guarantees, insurance, terms of sale and assistance arrangements are provided in the pre-contractual information before any financial commitment.

Prices and trip information

Website content is for presentation. For each departure, the confirmed departure sheet and the organiser’s contractual documents specify the final dates, price, inclusions, exclusions, minimum group size, cancellation terms, itinerary, level and pick-up arrangements.

Website texts, brand, visual identity and graphic elements are protected. Unauthorised reuse is prohibited. Atmosphere images are non-contractual; actual services are those described in the confirmed departure sheet.
